Agreement To Privacy Policy
This privacy policy (“Privacy policy”) applies to the My First Alert Pro website and mobile app and explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.
These Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and enNKaye Consulting Limited (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of My First Alert Pro mobile application (the “App”). You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If any changes are made, we will inform you by posting the revised policy on the My First Alert website. Changes will go into effect on the “last updated” date shown in the revised Privacy Policy. You consent to the revised Privacy Policy by continuing to use My First Alert.
What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?
In your dealings with My First Alert Pro you may provide us with personal information. Personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy means information that personally identifies you, like your name, street address, email address, phone number, and other personally identifiable information that you choose to give to us or that we collect in relation to your use of My First Alert Pro.
Information Collected
We may process Personal information relating to users of My First Alert Pro through
- Information provided directly to us by you through our website and by email
- Information obtained in relation to any transaction between you and us
Location Information
Your location information shared whilst using My First Alert Pro is shared only with your chosen contacts. We do not receive this information and it is not stored or collected.
We may receive app diagnostic data, with regards to crash data. performance data and other diagnostic data collected for the purpose of measuring technical diagnostics related to the app. This information is used for the purpose to develop and enhance the app performance and to perform customer support.
Information in Backoffice
The My First Alert Pro Backoffice (“Backoffice”) is available for use to manage multiple business users of the App. As a user of the App, a login will be provided for the Backoffice where company and user information is managed.
The Backoffice is hosted on Firebase and data is stored on Firebase Firestore. Passwords are crypted and they cannot be read from the database.
We do not export or use any information which is maintained in the Backoffice.

How We Use Your Personal Information
The data is collected to allow us to provide our services to you and administering the relationship between us, to market our products and services to you, to comply with our legal obligations, to respond to enforcement requests and legal and regulatory requirements, to detect any malicious or fraudulent activity
We will use one of the permitted grounds under the applicable law to process your information. Such grounds include instances where you have given your consent and cases where your consent is not required under applicable law, such as where we are required to comply with a legal obligation, or where we or a third party determine that is necessary for our legitimate interests to collect and use your personal information.
You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
enNKaye Consulting Limited will not share any Personal Information received by us with any third parties.
Data Retention Time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for, or for such longer period if required under applicable law or for the purposes of our other legitimate interests.
As a minimum, information about you will be retained for the entire duration of any business relationship we may have with you.
We will, from time to time, review the purpose for which we have collected information about you and decide whether to retain it, update it, or securely delete it, if the information is no longer required.
