Our Story
My First Alert Pro
From September 2023, My First Alert PRO was launched for corporate clients.
This enables companies to onboard My First Alert PRO securely onto work mobile devices for their staff and to be able to centrally manage annual subscriptions.
Staff well-being and welfare is now becoming an area of focus for many companies and My First Alert provides a means for all members of staff to feel safer during late journeys after a long working day, or when required to travel and/or work in remote locations.

SMS Alerts
Contacts receive alerts via SMS so they are not required to have to download the app in order for it to work. The SMS alerts are one way messages providing details of your location at the time of the alert and destination details to your contacts.
when you have started your journey
when you have not reached your destination by your ETA time, a delay
when you are deviating away from your destination an alert is sent with your location every 5 minutes
when you are stationary in your journey for 10 minutes
a low battery alert
pause and restart your journey at any time
cancel your journey when plans change
trigger an emergency alert sending your location details and pre-set an emergency call contact number in the main menu

Set the Journey
Set Journey
Select Start to begin your journey.
Pre save your frequent journeys within the app to save time!
Add Contacts
Choose up to two contacts who will receive your journey alerts via SMS.
Enter Destination
An easy to use search function to find your destination.
Journey Parameters
Check and configure your details before starting your journey.
Update your ETA, select your journey deviation radius parameter and you can also update your Alert Contacts.
The deviation radius importantly will automatically send an alert when you are moving AWAY from your journey path.
Monitor the Journey
Decide Mode of Travel
The journey path is mapped and you can select your mode of transport, Walking, Cycling, Driving or Transit. Hit GO to start your journey!
Your Contacts will be notified of several alerts during your journey including if you have not reached your destination within your ETA time and also when you are deviating from your journey.
Start Journey
Once your journey has started, easy to use buttons let you Alert your contact of either an emergency, a pause, or the completion of your journey.
You can also cancel your journey at any time should your plans change.
Alert
Raise the alarm at the touch of a button - your location pin is sent to your Alert Contact.
Pre-set your emergency call contact / number in the set up menu.
Pause
Pause your journey at any time, and restart when you are ready.
Completed
Once you have reached your destination, an alert is automatically sent of your journey completion to your contacts, you can also manually complete your journey.
Cancel
Cancel your journey if your plans change.
